Olive is a food platter set designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind. Taking the form of an olive branch, Olive enhances the experience of communal dining by beautifying dishes or serving as a decorative centerpiece for the dining table when not in use. The edges of the platter levitate above the table to ensure easy handling and transport of gorgeously crafted foods. Artifacts were drawn using Fusion360 and rendered with Keyshot.

The Space Between : Olive aspires to embody the symbol of the olive tree, which is friendship and peace, by presenting different types of food to a gathering of friends and family to share meals and their diverse personal stories. Made using well matured olive wood, Olive pays homage to the aging tree, warrants its sustainability, and features its unique rings.
